Dino Dash Race in Tustin, CA.

Join me Sunday November 3rd at the Dino Dash in Tustin, Ca. where I will be providing a Joint Mobility warm-up to all racers in attendence. I will also be demonstrating the benfits of Corrective Exercise for Knee and Hip pain, along with a demonstration of basic Kettlebell and Clubbell exercises for enhanced preformance for running & cycling. Races start at 6:15am and the event ends at 11am.
