This hands on class will cover exercises and dietary considerations to help you achieve your health goals. All experience levels welcome. This class is for anyone looking to learn techniques for instant abdominal improvement & strength.

The Essence of Breathing

Learn to assess your own breathing pattern and the proper mechanics to breathing for improved health and vitality. We will cover the physical, mental, and emotional benefits to correct breathing, and give you the skills to effectively reduce stress. Also discussed will be the postural and nutritional factors that may be inhibit correct and effective breathing. We will go through specific movements and stretches to correct posture for enhanced breathing. Also covered will be the basics of Tai Chi. This class is key for anyone with any respiratory illness or challenge. These techniques also improve the affects of sleep apnea.

The Roots of Self Sabotage - Lesson 1

We will begin the process of uncovering the source of sabotage to our success. We will cover the basics in defining success and creating awareness of what it is in life we truly desire. Also covered will be understanding the tools and questions that we can use immediately to getting and becoming who and what we want in life. This class in for anyone interested in getting more out of life, and for anyone who is curious about finding out what might be holding them back from achieving any of their goals.

Building upon The Roots of Self Sabotage Lesson 1, we will dive deeper into the factors of sabotage so that we may grow into more of what we want in life. Becoming Friends with Anger

We will explore the possible root emotions to anger, and discuss the wide range of ways in which anger can be expressed. Learn the difference between reacting vs responding to anger, and expressing vs processing anger. The role of compassionate communication in resolving internal and external conflict will also be discussed. This class is for anyone who is interested in learning more about themselves, their own anger, or how to respond to otherʼs anger around them.

True Forgiveness

This class will cover the myths of forgiveness and find out itʼs true meaning and power in healing us from resentment. We will go over the necessary steps towards achieving forgiveness for both people in the forgiveness process. We will discuss the role of creating healthy boundaries within relationships and how we can empower ourselves. This class builds on the concepts of “Becoming Friends with Anger”, but taking it is not a prerequisite. This is for anyone who desires to understand forgiveness in a new and effective way, and to improve their relationship with themselves and others.
