Holistic Nutrition
Health is a continuing property that is measured by how well an individual is able to fight off and overcome external or internal insults, whether physical, chemical, infectious, psychological, or social. Health is therefore maintained by keeping a balance between man and environment. Health values vitality before longevity. The human body works as a complete, whole unit, and a holistic health and nutrition approach must by applied when striving to maintain true health.
Each Holistic Nutrition client first goes through a Complete Nutritional Evaluation & Plan. This detailed packet always us to take a more complete view of oneʼs health, by looking at all the key aspects of total body health. Once finished, we meet together for in depth look at how you can start today, towards the achieving your goals and healing your body from the inside out!
In each nutrition plan offered, clients follow the 12-Point Holistic Health Plan & Integration Process (HHP&IP). This is where we begin moving away a mere understanding of the appearance of health, to applying that knowledge towards acquiring health. A key focal point for the Marchant Training Method is teaching others how to heal themselves. The 12-Point HHP&IP covers the following topics over a 12 month period: Food Selection, Corrective Breathing, Proper Hydration, Restorative Sleep Patterns, The Power of Thought, The Movement of Working-In, and then covering improving the function of the 6 major endocrine glands & organs - adrenal gland, ovaries/gonads, pancreas, thymus gland, thyroid gland, and pituitary gland.
Holistic approach to nutrition seeks to create health within the body, rather than focusing on the condition or disease that is affecting the body. Health and disease cannot exist in the same spot.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I set up my first complimentary appointment?
To set up your first 30 minute complimentary appointment, feel free to contact me over the phone, e-mail, or by the contact form listed at the bottom of the page.
What will I need to do after our first appointment?
After our first appointment, you will be given a detailed packet of forms and questionnaires to fill out. One such form is a 10 day food log charting everything you eat and drink in that time.
How important is it to complete the food logs and questionnaires?
The questionnaires and food log are of the highest priority in our time together. Those answers will point us to where we must direct our efforts for health. The more complete and candid the answers are, the deeper we can look into where you may be losing health and vitality in the body.
What will be covered in our first nutrition appointment?
We will cover the 6 Basic Factors for Health: Breathing, Food, Water, Sleep, Movement, and Thoughts. We will also cover the functioning of the seven endocrine glands along with other organs and hormones. A Holistic Nutritionist does not seek to diagnose disease or dysfunction but to focus on the basic principles that restore health and vitality in all humans.
Will I need to buy supplements and do you sell them?
The primary focus of a Holistic Nutritionist is to get a client back to the natural state of health using the 6 basic factors. Supplements are only as good as your food source, water quantity, and sleep quality. We will focus on those first. Any supplements that you may need after that, can be purchased from a health food store.
